Music and the Brain!

My last blog was titled “Why do you want to Sing?”. In today’s Deseret News an piece by Malcolm Ritter, Associated Press, provides some insight into the chemical response in the brain when experiencing music. The title says it all: “Love music? You can thank a substance in your brain”.

More research is needed to investigate what happens when voice is added to the music experience. But don’t we already know the answer to that?
